Armed with new traveler data, we worked with Travel Wyoming’s creative partners to develop new sets of monthly emails that dynamically display different subject lines, headlines, images, body copy, and CTAs to different recipients based on their stored traveler type.


When we compare the performance of the dynamically personalized monthly emails to the static monthly emails that we also develop on behalf of Wyoming Office of Tourism, we can see that the dynamic emails perform the best as measured by the KPIs of open rate and click-through rate. This performance is consistent with industry-wide trends demonstrating the consumer appetite for hyper-personalized email content. We also see the benefits of being more selective about our list and privileging quality over quantity.
