We connect people to places. That means we connect visitors to destinations but also build connections between people and different ways of life. Travel builds empathy, and as Mark Twain said, “is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness.” 

Equity, diversity, and inclusion are more important than ever. Not only is it the right thing to do, it’s important to travelers. The rising generation is more diverse than its predecessors, and Millennials and Gen Z prioritize destinations that embody equity, diversity, and inclusion values over destinations that don’t. Our work helps DMOs represent their diverse stories through their marketing and promote inclusivity in their campaigns.
