Streamlining Tracking and Measurement
Visit Bentonville had numerous data sources, but needed a centralized hub to consolidate their data in an understandable format they can easily share with partners. Additionally, they wanted to better understand how their campaigns were impacting visitation levels.
Madden integrated all of Visit Bentonville’s data sources into a single destination intelligence platform, including tourism, lodging, and economic data. Then, we worked with over 50 Visit Bentonville partners to give them access, onboard, and create a custom dashboard for each.
We also developed a Visitation Intelligence Report which captured tourism data at points of interests around the destination. This data showed visitations levels at attractions around Bentonville, which uncovered insights into the most popular aspects of the community. This informed the development of intent-based audiences Bentonville could target with niche tactics specific to why people traveled to the destination, such as museums or biking.
